Rise Against Hunger: Over 20,000 Meals Packaged
On February 28th we gathered with friends from Oakmont Chapel, Edgewood, First Presbyterian and Cahaba Springs as together we packed over 20,000 meal bags for Rise Against Hunger. The meals will be sent to RAH partners around the world! There were jobs for all ages, from filling bags, to weighing meals, and sealing and packaging the bags and boxes. Southminster Youth Enjoy the 2026 Presbytery Retreat
February 20-22 youth from Southminster enjoyed gathering at Living River for the 2026 Presbytery Youth Retreat. The theme of the retreat this year was "Unplugged and Untangled!", and was keynoted by Rev. John McCrosky from Heritage Presbyterian Church in Acworth, GA.
