Congregational Meeting- May 18th at 10am

The 2025 Nominations Committee is happy to present the slate of nominees for elder to be presented at our Congregational Meeting on Sunday, May 18th, at 10 AM in the sanctuary.

The nominees for the session class of 2028 are: Courtney Brown, Jordan Howard, Bill Kimrey, Sarah Morgan, and Josh Philips. Also nominated for an unexpired term for the class of 2026 is Molly Heisler.

Courtney Brown has served in many capacities including the Southminster Foundation. Courtney has previously served on the session.

Molly Heisler has previously served on the session working with the worship committee. She will be studying nursing at UAB.

Jordan Howard is a lifelong member of Southminster and serves on the Welcome and Engagement committee. He has not been previously ordained.

Bill Kimrey is a dependable member of the property committee. Bill has previously served on the session.

Sarah Morgan is seen and heard each week as an active member of the chancel choir. Sarah has previously served on the session.

Josh Philips is an active member of the Seekers Class and has also volunteered with Living River. He has not been previously ordained.
