Often after a loss, the first holiday season can bring on a great deal of stress, anxiety, depression, anger, and sadness. To help those who are facing their first holiday as a loss survivor, Community Grief Support (CGS) is hosting a FREE“Hope for the Holidays” community workshop here at Southminster.
