The Southminster Scamper is a foot race through Vestavia Hills that begins and ends at Southminster Presbyterian Church and Day School Board. Register for the Scamper today. The Southminster Scamper and fall festival will be held on Saturday, March 18th. The 5K race begins with a ring from a cowbell at 8 a.m. When the bell rings, you can run, walk, or SCAMPER your way through the course and across the finish line. The Kids Fun Run will begin at 9:15 a.m. The Fun Run is sure to bring lots of smiles and will end with silly string, bubbles, and a finishers medal for the kids! Join us for vendors, Swirls Face Painting, Inflatables, food,and more until 11a.m.! The 2023 Southminster Scamper will benefit First Light Women and Children's Shelter and Southminster Day School.
